Discuss your finances

A few things you might be wondering.

Do you work with any size or sector of business?

Yes. We offer an outsourced finance function for businesses of any size and in any sector. We shape the systems, responsibilities and level of support around the workload and complexity of your business.

Can we outsource the whole finance function?

Yes. We can run the day-to-day function, from bookkeeping and accounts payable and receivable to payroll, management reporting, cash planning and process oversight. We agree the full scope and who approves payments, filings and other decisions before we begin.

Can we start with just one thing?

Yes. We can start with a specific responsibility, such as reconciliation or payroll, or agree a connected group of tasks. The scope can grow as your business needs change.

How do you make the work more efficient?

We connect the records and systems, remove duplicate handling and automate repeatable steps. Clear checks, exception lists and approval handovers keep the work controlled and focus attention on the items that need a decision.

Can you work alongside our accountant?

Yes. We can organise the day-to-day records, reporting and processes around your existing accountant. We agree who is responsible for what, including the information and handover they need.

How are fees agreed?

We look at the workload, systems, volumes and responsibilities before proposing a fee. Any historical clean-up or onboarding work is scoped separately from ongoing support, so you can see what you are paying for.

What happens in a free finance review?

We discuss your current setup, workload, support and costs, then recommend what to keep, improve or hand over. It is a starting conversation about fit; any further work and fees are agreed with you first.

A little clarity to take with you.
